    Use writing and language to work with your feelings, so they work for you.
  • Draw Your Iceberg
    Grow your self-knowledge through connecting with your Iceberg. It is recommended to engage in the Feelings List activity about ten times before drawing your iceberg. There is a video with instructions above that can also help.
